Copper Powder

Products

  • Copper powders are produced by Electrolytic deposition from pure Copper cathodes.


  • Sub-micron and Nano grades are produced by attrition.


  • 99.5 % is routine purity, which can go as high as 99.9 % if required specifically.


  • -325mesh is standard grade for diamond tools. -400 mesh, -500 mesh, 10 microns, 5 microns, 3 microns, 1 micron, sub-micron and Nano powders are available ex stock.


  • 1.0 Gm/cc is standard apparent density for diamond Tools, though 0.5 to 2.5 Gm/cc can be offered at a short notice.


  • All the grades are stabilized against oxidation. Normal shelf life varies between 3 and 6 months.
